Deontay Wilder has insisted that all is not over as he prepares for a third fight with Tyson Fury who dethroned him of the WBC belt, cited on Sport Bible.
The Bronze Bomber has sent a message to his doubters and haters ahead of the trilogy with the Gypsy King.
The American fighter was knocked down twice as his team eventually threw in the towel in the seventh round after being outboxed by the undefeated British heavyweight.
Wilder took to his Instagram handle and said, "Don't count me out just yet, a true champion faces adversity and comes back stronger."
Much have been said after Wilder lost the WBC crown to Fury, claiming that his heavy bodysuit made him weak during the walkout to the ring.
Another excuse the 34-year-old gave was that there was also a conspiracy that the towel was thrown in on the advice of Anthony Dirrell, who shares a trainer with Fury.
Wilder activated his rematch clause in the past week and the fight with Fury will likely hold in Las Vegas in July 2020.
The winner of the trilogy will likely face Anthony Joshua who is getting set to defend his WBO, IBO and IBF belts against Bulgarian heavyweight Kubrat Pulev at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
