Our client, a reputable group of company (Investment, Real Estate and Insurance Brokerage) has the following roles to fill:

1.      Generally Manager/Chief Operating Officer

Pay: 190,000 – N200,000

Location: Lagos Island


Responsibilities:

·         Business development/marketing of company products to prospective clients.

·         Client relationship management.

·         Coordination of other members of the team.

·         Model strong leadership for team members to emulate.

·         ETC

 
Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum of qualification, BSC

·         Must have ACIIN – Associate, Chartered Institute of Nigeria.

·         Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a brokerage firm.

·         Must have brokerage experience.


2.      Assistant General Manager

Pay: N170,000 – N180,000

Location: Lagos Island


Responsibilities:

·         Support the GM/COO.

·         Business development/marketing of company products to prospective clients.

·         Client relationship management.

·         Coordination of other members of the team.

·         Model strong leadership for team members to emulate.

·         ETC

 

Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum of qualification, BSC

·         Must have ACIIN – Associate, Chartered Institute of Nigeria.

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a brokerage firm.

·         Must have brokerage experience.

 

3.      Relationship Managers

Pay: N80,000 plus commission on sales generated

Location: Lekki
 

Responsibilities:

·         Marketing and Business development

·         Client relationship management

Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification- BSC

·         2-3 years’ experience in same role in a brokerage firm.


4.      Property Manager

Pay: N130,000 – N150, 000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Market properties for leasing to prospective clients, thereby, generating sales for the Business.

·         Client relationship management


Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, LLB

·         Minimum of 6 years’ experience in same role in a real estate firm.

·         Ability to write proposals, contracts and build presentations.

·         Must have a legal background.

 
5.      Relationship Officer

Pay: N70,000 – N75,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Client relationship management

·         Respond to clients queries.


Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, BSC

·         2-3 years’ experience in same role


6.      Financial Controller

Pay: N150,000 – 170,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all company accounts and investments

·         Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

·         Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

·         Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants

·         Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
 

Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, BSC in Accounting

·         ICAN qualification required

·         Not less than 7years experience, with 5years post ICAN experience.

·         Understanding of financial management

·         Strong managerial abilities, strongly desired.


7.      Internal Control/Compliance

Pay: N150,000 – N170,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Develop policies and procedures, ensure their implementation and monitor compliance.

·         Perform evaluations and make recommendations for improved controls.

·         Relate with regulators.


Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, BSC in Accounting

·         ICAN qualification required

·         Not less than 7years experience, with 5years post ICAN experience.

·         Understanding of financial management

·         Strong managerial abilities, strongly desired.



8.      Admin Officer

Pay: N70, 000 – N75,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Ensure smooth running of Business operations.

·         Plan and order office stationeries.

·         Manage the security team and drivers.

·         ETC

Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, BSC

·         2-3 years’ experience in same role.

·         Very strong organizing and planning skills.

9.      Front Desk/Secretary

Pay: N70,000 – N75,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Attend to guests timely and courteously; respond to and ensure timely resolution of their queries.

·         Support colleagues with typing and printing documents.

·         Ensure the reception is kept neat and tidy at all times.

 
Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         Minimum qualification, BSC

·         2-3 years experience in same role

·         Strong Microsoft office application skills required

·         Secretarial skill and experience required.


10.  IT Support

Pay: N70,000 – N75,000

Location: Lekki

Responsibilities:

·         Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

·         Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

·         Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

·         Providing technical support across the company.

·         Setting up accounts for new users.

·         Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

·         Testing new technology.

·         Maintenance of office equipment.

·         Website update


Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

·         Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience

·         Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.

·         Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.

·         Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre

 
11.  Lawyer

Pay: N100,000 – N110,000

Location: Lekki


Responsibilities:

·         Consult and handle all corporate legal processes.

·         Develop company policy and position on legal issues.

·         Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.

·         Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.

·         Represent company in legal proceedings when required (administrative boards, court trials etc.)

·         Draft and administer all contracts.

·         Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.


Qualification/Experience/Skill:

·         BS degree in Law

·         Minimum of 5years experience in same role.

·         Property management experience required.

·         Analytical ability and strong attention to details.
