What’s this role about: 

The talent & transformation officer is responsible for scouting, attracting, evaluating and selecting prospective quality independent consultants for the platform and managing internal HR. 

What you will do:

Talent acquisition – Recruitment & Selection
Create innovative approaches to attract independent consultants and organize recruitment onboarding activities including:
* Exhibiting at Career fairs
* Handle webinars and live Social Media shows for consultants
Manage the recruitment drive and implement world-class sourcing and selection for independent consultants which would include:
* Talent onboarding initiatives and Quals check
Work with Account and Engagement Manager to source unique expertise and new skills into the network
Ensure talent pool is consistently being increased by seeking new professionals for our pool

Talent Management
Manage talent newsletters, growth and customer experience of existing talents
Monitor ethics, ratings, talent & client reviews of completed jobs on the platform
Manage the community and content on Slack and social media channels
Consistent communications with clients and talents to feel their pulse
Deep understanding of the skills of the pool and have a good relationship and connection with the professionals

Other administrative functions
Respond to enquiries from new or prospective talents via TBCA channels
Create and monitor effective referrals system for client and talent
Owns responsibility for customer support via chat and social media tools
Develop and maintain company policies
Be informed about market trends and industry development


What we are looking for: 
A minimum of a second class degree from a recognised university
2 - 3 years cognate HR experience with key experience in Staffing, Talent acquisition, Payroll
HR professional certification is an added advantage
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
Accomplish tasks with limited supervision, drive initiatives
High degree for quality processes and products
Effective at time management and prioritization
Be data driven, highly analytical and a lover of quants
Ability to work on bootstrap. Making the most out of limited budgets
Beneficial but not strictly required: Quality experience from a top-tier consulting firm
