Warren Buffett spends five to six hours per day reading five newspapers and 500 pages of corporate reports.
Bill Gates reads at least 50 books per year.
Mark Zuckerberg reads at least one book every two weeks.
Elon Musk grew up reading two books a day, according to his brother.
Mark Cuban reads more than three hours every day.
Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot, reads two hours a day.
Billionaire entrepreneur David Rubenstein reads six books a week.
Dan Gilbert, self-made billionaire and owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, reads one to two hours a day.
And Nigerians will open their mouth and say something like:
"Bill Gates is a school dropout and today he is the richest man on earth".
"Mark Zuckerberg did not finish his undergrad and he is a billionaire".
My Question is- How often do you invest in yourself through reading?
The fact remains- Reading have been so much associated with schooling in this part of the world, that is why most Nigerians stop reading immediately after college.
Unlike Schooling that has a limit, Education is a continuous process which can only be improved upon via reading.
It is that time we stop making insidious comparisons and start to take conscious, consistent and continuous efforts to improve our education by reviving our dying reading culture. #ReadToExcel #MasterYourGameReading Watch Out!
